after the meeting with one of clients today, i realised this:
FLEDGLING
this is what we are. this is the stage at which we are at. it's not about the clients being pricks or are too demanding. we only see (think) that they behave this way. but it is simply because our clients already have established systems and years of experience in matters pertaining to ship management. we are the one who need to improve.
